About Me

I coach C-suite and board members, executives, leaders, future talent and thought leaders in the UK and globally in Nasdaq-listed companies, private enterprises, global advocacy organisations, the creative arts and the third sector.

I’m a Professional Certified Coach (PCC – working towards Master Coach – MCC) with the International Coaching Federation (ICF), Accredited Mentor Coach and Coach Supervisor.

I’ve been coaching for over 10 years and have several thousand hours of coaching under my belt. I train and mentor coaches for various organisations including Henley Business School on their Professional Certificate in Executive Coaching in the Henley Centre for Coaching and Behavioural Change.

My 20+ years spanning leadership, entrepreneurship, the cultural and creative industries and education – I built several businesses before I trained as a coach – helps me understand corporate imperatives. My clients transform their lives, they get promoted, they change jobs and careers, they become leaders and move from being leaders to CEOs, or become better leaders and CEOs.
I sit on numerous boards, am Clore Leadership educated, have advised on government initiatives and have coached management consultants, government advisors, global tech innovators, and creatives, in FMCG and finance to name but a few.
